the location was acceptable.
The room assigned to me was quite small. I felt cramped. furthermore, the noise from the street below made it difficult to sleep properly. i requested a room change but was told nothing else was available (i didn't see many other guests).

breakfast was delicious with prompt service. food choices were plentiful, with a range of options. the dining room had beautiful decorations creating a pleasant atmosphere. the team, especially at reception and the bar, showed dedication to assist with requests (a heartwarming experience).
My room was small. It felt smaller because i paid an extra fee. there was no view, and i only saw a roof and scaffolding. i think the hotel needs a new look as it's dim.

the hotel offers very good breakfast and dinner with a great choice of options. the bar is well stocked with a very nice atmosphere to relax, it also has a snooker table. the meals were tasty, with varied options, including some special dishes.

The hotel provides a convenient location near the seafront, a short walk to town. the premises include a ballroom downstairs providing evening entertainment. i found parking at the rear of the hotel. It was easy to access.
